Location: ADIB HQ
Role PurposeThis is a risk management role directly responsible for developing a center of excellence for Operational Risk Management (ORM) and will work with ORM champions to implement the ORM Framework and foster the culture of strong controls. The role requires a proactive and confident individual with experience in Risk and banking activities who can communicate and build strong relationships across the wider business. The holder of this position will be mainly asked to:
- Monitor the execution and implementation of Operational & Fraud Risk Framework and Governance throughout ADIB Group ensuring alignment with the enterprise-wide Risk Management strategy including articulation of the operational risk profile and risk appetite and enabling improved decision-making that explicitly considers operational risk.
