Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Level: Mid-Senior

Reports to: VP of PH Operations

Work Schedule: US PST (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Setup: Onsite
Job Description:

Plan, monitored, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue departments (recruitment, sourcing, and staff leasing) in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and achieving KPI targets and performance of each team
Work closely with the Cebu and US department managers/leaders to facilitate process updates, improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Cebu teams
Function as the bridge between senior leadership and all revenue-generating departments
