Senior Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is the Owner and Leader of the entire Operations team which includes quality operations, production engineers, production and supply chain. This role has accountability and responsibility for all site operations including planning, production, quality operations and supply chain activities. He or she ensures that all site operational activities are executed safely, as per quality requirements and within cost. The Operations Manager is the primary driver of the site's safety and quality culture, operational excellence, and people development for all the operations teams. The Operations Manager leads and mentors a team of engineers and operations team managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety/procedure compliance.
