Senior Payroll Analyst (Guadalupe - Monterrey) The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus on Mexico.This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and system optimization, while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.The position partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure a seamless and reliable employee pay experience.Key Responsibilities :Payroll Operation sLead end-to-end payroll processing for Mexico, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations .
