Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Payroll Associate on a permanent basis within our People & Culture team. This position is a hybrid opportunity, so the successful candidate must be local to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for local Co-op clients, ensuring accurate remittances and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide timely customer support to address client inquiries related to pay.
• Assist with year-end duties, including preparing T4s, vacation payouts, and related reports.
• Review payroll correspondence and update employee files, including special payments like bonuses and severance.
• Manage Workers Compensation reports, third-party error notifications, and maintain security of payroll records.
