The Role

What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of NZ pay runs. Your day‑to‑day includes:
- End-to-End Excellence: Managing full-cycle payroll in line with our industrial agreements, statutory requirements, and SLAs.
- System Integrity: Serving as the go‑to expert for system testing, releases, and enhancements.
- Legislative Expertise: Interpreting complex industrial instruments and legislative changes across ANZ.
