Senior PECVD Thin-Film Process Engineer

A*STAR RESEARCH ENTITIES in Singapore is seeking a skilled Ph.D. candidate to develop and optimize the Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) process for advanced packaging and photonics applications. Responsibilities include characterizing thin film properties and collaborating with teams to implement statistical process control.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of direct experience in semiconductor thin film modules, preferably in PECVD, and strong communication skills.
