Senior People Advisor

• Lead complex ER cases and provide expert HR advice
• Coach leaders and mentor Advisors to build capability across the business
• 12-month fixed term starting mid July 2026 until August 2027 with exposure to projects and change activity
• Auckland (Highbrook) or Wellington (CBD) based with WFH flex

Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role

As a Senior People Advisor with us, you'll provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of employment relations and change matters. Working closely with leaders, you'll play a key role in helping them navigate complex people challenges while strengthening their capability and confidence. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity, covering parental leave.

You'll be part of a collaborative People Advisory Practice, taking ownership of complex cases end to end while mentoring Advisors and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
