Responsibilities
- Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution
- Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Design and provide solutions on PeopleSoft Architecture
- Must have recent hands‑on experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades
- Strong knowledge of Update/Change Assistant and hands‑on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM
- Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices
