Senior Performance Lead

We’re partnering with a leading Australian Bank to assist them in their search for several Senior Performance Leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to support major transformations and technology portfolios across digital, customer and business domains.
 
This role is ideal for candidates from a management consulting, strategy or  performance background who enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance, governance and strategic delivery outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to your Technology and General Managers, working with business delivery teams to provide effective delivery oversight, manage governance rhythms and cadences, work with senior leadership to define and manage objectives and key results (OKRs).
