Role Overview
The Senior Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering highquality group and private sessions, mentoring junior instructors, and upholding our studio's professional and clientcentred standards. This role suits an experienced STOTTcertified teacher who is confident working with diverse bodies and committed to ongoing education. Key Responsibilities
Teach dynamic, safe, and engaging group classes that cater to mixed levels while maintaining clear structure and flow.
Conduct comprehensive 1to1 assessments and design customised Pilates programmes that addresses each client's goals, medical background, and lifestyle.
Adapt exercises for a wide range of body types, including postrehab, pre/postnatal, athletes, and older adults, using appropriate modifications and progressions.
Track client progress, adjust programming based on outcomes and feedback, and communicate clearly about goals and expectations.
