The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for major building and healthcare projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis capabilities with extensive GCC construction experience.
The role requires close coordination with project management, engineering, procurement, commercial, and site execution teams to ensure timely project delivery in line with contractual obligations.

- Prepare detailed baseline project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project for building and hospital construction projects.
- Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.
