Develop and maintain complex, integrated Project Master Schedules (Levels 1–4) incorporating Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning. Perform in-depth critical path modeling and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact the project timeline. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and site contractors to integrate field data and ensure real-time visibility into project progress.
