The Senior Planning Engineer will lead all planning, scheduling, and progress control functions for a major ADNOC construction project. The role ensures that project works are executed in line with the approved baseline program, ADNOC standards, and contractual obligations. The candidate must have strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC/construction projects and be fully conversant with ADNOC project controls procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain the Project Master Schedule (Level 14) using Primavera P6, in accordance with ADNOC planning requirements.
- Prepare baseline schedules, including critical path analysis, resource loading, and cost loading.
- Update schedules periodically and prepare variance analysis, highlighting deviations and proposing mitigation measures.
