About the Role Shafa Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our prestigious project in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and control for large-scale infrastructure projects. Offshore and onshore, residential, commercial, and fit‑out projects in GCC or international markets. 
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project. 
Prepare detailed work programs, resource allocation plans and progress monitoring reports. 
Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to align with project deliverables. 
Implement cost control, budgeting and forecasting measures.
