- Integrate MEP, internal fit‑out, and external works into a single coordinated program.
- Monitor progress against baseline and control activities on the Critical Path Method.
- Coordinate MEP first fix, second fix, and final fix with finishing activities.
- Prepare short‑term look‑ahead plans (2–3 weeks) for execution teams.
- Track and resolve constraints (drawings, materials, access, approvals).
