Senior PlanningProject Controls Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Project Planning/Project Controls Engineer to lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and buildings, shape robust baselines, drive project performance and provide clear insights that help our clients make confident decisions.

• Ensure project schedules comply with RTA specifications guidelines and standard work breakdown structures (WBS) for roads bridges and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate planning activities in line with RTA approval procedures including interim milestones traffic staging and sectional handover requirements.
• Monitor and integrate RTA authority approvals (NOCs permits traffic diversion approvals utility coordination) into the project schedule.
• Review and assess contractors programs against RTA contractual milestones key performance indicators (KPIs) and phasing requirements.
