Senior Process Engineer

Responsible for leading new product transfer, production start‑up, and process re‑engineering initiatives to enable robust, scalable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Reports to the Manager, Applied Engineering, and is part of the Applied Engineering team located in Singapore.

• Lead new product transfer and industrialization activities, including process definition, commissioning, qualification, and ramp‑up to mass production.
• Review product designs for manufacturability, working closely with cross‑functional R&D teams to align with production capabilities and cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes—including process parameters, jigs, fixtures, and workstation layouts—applying Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and scalability.
