To execute end-to-end procurement processes, including but not limited to vendor sourcing, accreditation, bidding, awarding & contracting; lead or supervise Procurement activities, provide overall requirement assessment and recommendation as aligned to Procurement policy.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives and invite possible vendors for accreditation (S&P)
- Analyze trends and opportunities to identify savings opportunities
- Lead supplier performance surveys and provide overall assessment
- Lead audit activities applicable to Procurement process
- Drive suppliers compliance to the PO terms (PPP) and conditions
- Ensure bidding process integrity at all times (PPP)
- Support initiatives to drive procurement processes, improve vendor management and reduce risk.
