About the Role

• Conduct deep‑dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long‑term engagement patterns to generate actionable product insights and inform roadmap decisions
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design on product planning, bringing a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle
• Design and structure A/B tests to ensure statistical rigor, including experiment design, sample size calculations, and analysis of results using cohort analysis and causal inference methods
• Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomy to maintain data quality, partnering with the data platform team to keep data sources clean and well‑defined
