Senior Product Designer

Your role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Spendesk’s product experience, with a particular focus on AI-powered and automation-driven workflows.

You’ll work within a cross-functional squad alongside Product Managers and Engineers to define, design, and deliver experiences that solve meaningful user problems and create measurable value for both customers and the business.

This role requires strong product thinking, systems thinking, and autonomy. We’re looking for someone who can proactively identify opportunities, independently drive discovery and research initiatives, challenge assumptions, and influence product direction beyond their immediate scope.

You’ll contribute both strategically and hands‑on: framing problems, uncovering insights, defining experience principles, designing end‑to‑end workflows, validating solutions, and helping teams navigate complexity and ambiguity with clarity.
