The Role
As Principal Product Designer you will define the design culture for Rootly and set the standard for world‑class UX. You will lead by example, designing products that delight users with simplicity and effectiveness, and mentor the team.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the end‑to‑end user experience across all of Rootly’s products, ensuring frictionless and intuitive interactions.
- Set the gold standard for UX/UI design and lead the creation of a consistent design language and component libraries.
- Work with engineering, product, and leadership to influence the roadmap and advocate for user needs.
