As a Senior Product Manager – Customer Success, you will join Kardium’s Product Management team and report to the Senior Director of Product Management. You will drive HD mapping and ablation system adoption by identifying opportunities to increase customer utilization of the Globe System and developing, prioritizing, and executing initiatives to enhance product use and customer engagement. Your work will involve translating product vision and roadmap strategy into actionable tasks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
