From the first ad impression through to the repeat purchase, you will play a critical role in how we acquire customers and keep them. This role owns many of the products behind both ends of that journey: our acquisition and retention stacks. In an e-commerce-heavy, AI-era environment, that means translating business goals into clear requirements, shipping fast, and quantifying impact – while keeping our platforms fast, reliable, and scalable.
This is a player‑coach role: you'll own and deliver products hands‑on, and mentor junior colleagues while upholding our release standards.
