About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Home & Explore (HEX) will report to the Sr. Manager of Product, Global Transfer Experience. Responsibilities include owning Remitly’s most visited real‑estate: the Home screen, the global navigation, and the Explore tab. You Will
Define the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for Remitly’s Home screen, global navigation, and Explore tab across new, active, multi‑product, and dormant customer journeys. Be a customer advocate, translating qualitative research, usability studies and quantitative signals (including through AI‑assisted synthesis tools) into product decisions that reduce friction and improve first‑attempt success rates. Lead the personalization strategy for Home: partner with engineering and data science to ship ML‑driven module ranking, lifecycle marketing campaigns, one‑click repeat transfers and personalised shortcuts that evolve beyond Quick Send for customers who do more than send with Remitly.
