As our Senior Product Marketing Manager – PLG , you’ll drive product‑led growth strategies that boost net revenue retention, reduce churn, and unlock new inbound growth streams. This highly cross‑functional role works closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable impact. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and mentor our Product Marketing team.

This role is based in our Barcelona office and reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the numbers: directly accountable for key growth metrics including upsell revenue, net revenue retention (NRR), churn rate, and feature and payment adoption. Set targets, track performance, and drive results.
