We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager – Assembly to lead end‑to‑end final assembly operations for advanced UAV and drone platforms. The role is responsible for production planning, scheduling, quality, delivery performance, and team leadership within a high‑tech aerospace manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex programs on time while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency.
