In your role, you will conceptualize, design, evaluate and certify Flight deck interfaces through requirements capture, prototyping, simulation, analysis and usability tests. Deploy cognitive ergonomics expertise to support design, tests and analysis of Human‑Machine Interfaces. Support requirements development, task analysis, and human error analysis. Develop system Human Machine Interface (HMI) simulations and prototypes. Create and manage documentation for Human Factors activities related to new aircraft, significant cockpit modifications and sustaining programs.
