Senior Program Manager (Patient Support Programs)

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Patient Programs, the Senior Program Manager will inspire and lead a team of Program Managers in developing and executing patient support programs. The role includes direct oversight of a team, accountability for patient care delivery, operational quality, and partner satisfaction, and requires building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide the delivery of patient support programs and ensure continuous process improvement and operational excellence of specific programs and partner portfolios.
• Ensure programs meet targeted KPIs and metrics and operate in compliance with regulatory, partner, and quality guidelines.
