Senior Program Manager

We are building a global PgMO from the ground up and looking for a Senior Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of PgMO - you will own strategic programs end-to-end, partner with senior leaders across the business, and produce executive-level communications that reach the CEO and Board. The right person is an experienced, self-directed program leader with strong executive presence and a track record of driving large-scale change across global organizations.

Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery - owning scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment

Drive structured change management across global initiatives - from stakeholder engagement and communications to adoption tracking
