Title: Senior Program Manager West Bengal Experience: 5-7 Years Location: Hooghly/Malda/Uttar Dinajpur Mandatory Requirements: Fluency in Bengali, written and spoken Willingness to travel 40-60% Overview: This position is a mid-senior level full-time position whose principal aim is to help enhance early childhood education in the state. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Program Lead and be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and developing District Coordinators (DCs). Key Results 1. Early childhood education provides improved outcomes for children. 2. New state policies are created to ensure and guarantee the improvements. 3.
