Senior Programme Manager

The Role

As a Senior Programme Manager within our Science and Technology division you will play an integral part in the development of some of QinetiQ’s most exciting and advanced products. You will be fully responsible and accountable for understanding and delivering the programme vision, objectives and benefits in a complex environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll lead and motivate Project Managers withing the programme, ensuring teams are collaborating effectively, and be accountable for overall programme performance throughout the lifecycle ensuring successful delivery to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Integrated Planning – Shaping and structuring the programme to accomplish the vision by ensuring the related projects are equipped with the appropriate Project Management Plans (PMPs) and have secured the relevant resources to deliver within scope, quality, time and budget
