The Role
This is a senior position with full project ownership from initial appraisal through concept, planning, technical design, and delivery on site. You will run projects end-to-end across all RIBA stages (0–7), leading the technical output and coordinating the wider project team.
You will report directly to the Senior Associate and Director, take responsibility for contract administration during construction, and mentor junior staff through the delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Full project leadership across RIBA Stages 0–7, from feasibility to completion
- Feasibility appraisals, site analysis, concept layouts, and planning submissions
