Senior Project Coordinator

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services division, based in our Brisbane Head office Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis. Periodically you will be required to travel to site for short visits.This high paced position will provide technical expertise across project management, estimating, procurement, contractual correspondence, quality assurance, and internal/external stakeholder management for a program of works.Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality

Work closely with client representatives and deliver to meet their requirements

Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract
