A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Project Cost Manager to oversee cost planning, financial control, and compliance with UAE regulations. You will serve as the primary cost advisor and manage the project cost plan across all phases. Candidates should have 15-20 years of contract management experience, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE's construction market is essential. Excellent command of cost tools and reporting is required.
