About The Role We are supporting a large-scale, premium asset owner and operator with a strong footprint in hospitality, leisure, and mixed-use developments, in the appointment of a Senior Project Director to lead building enhancement and renovation initiatives. This is a senior leadership role (AVP-equivalent) responsible for overseeing end-to-end Addition & Alteration (A&A), refurbishment, and asset enhancement projects within a live, operational environment. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex works with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
