Overall responsibilities
- Provide day to day support to Project Manager in various Project Management activities. Liaise with main contractor and end user PMT personnel and act as a focal point for Project Management issues.
- Identify and resolve Projects technical issues coordinate with engineering consultant and establish the bridge between Project team external suppliers subcontractors and client / end user focal personnel.
- Manage and coordinate project daily activities.
Day to day responsibilities
- Assists in preparation updating & implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Attends weekly monthly and other progress review meetings (internal as well as with client) and assists in preparation of Minutes of Meeting. Follow up on MOM and incorporate agreed comments with client and coordinate to close out ongoing concerns raised by client during the review meetings.
