Responsibilities
- Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work including M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works
- Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram
- Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials
- Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost
- Job site visiting
- Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements
- Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters
