Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects and strong hands‑on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination . The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
- Plan and oversee execution of MEP works ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements
- Act as the primary client liaison conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updates
- Supervise in‑house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry etc.)
- Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects
