 In this role you will: Incident Management: Organize and lead sessions for incident playbook updates and criteria remodification. 

Incident Management: Ensure timely communication of incident-related changes to stakeholders. 

Project Coordination: Manage daily review of tickets (Verint and Genesys Cloud applications). 

Project Coordination: Facilitate weekly sessions for Verint team and vulnerability reviews. 

Communication & Reporting: Provide summary updates of ongoing activities to management.
