Position Summary

• This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing local operational governance, government affairs, regulatory compliance, and strategic stakeholder engagement with Philippine government agencies. The position ensures the organization's adherence to national regulations, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks while maintaining productive relationships with key public sector stakeholders. Responsibilities also include managing equipment Farm In/Farm Out processes, leading internal and external compliance audits, and driving regulatory and operational initiatives to successful completion.
