  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager (PM) in Cape Town.
  Responsibilities: 
 Lead project teams through all project stages (1-6)
 Manage mixed-use, residential, office, hotel, and student residential projects
 Oversee projects ranging from R50m to R500m
 Report to the B+A Director while working independently
 Coordinate office-based and site work as required
  Requirements: 
 Approximately 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
 Experience with mixed-use (residential/office) or hotel projects; student residential experience is favorable
 Ability to lead a project team through all project stages (1-6)
 Professionally registered or in the process of registering
 Strong leadership and team management skills
