• Lead end-to-end development and commercialization of consumer hardware products as an experienced Hardware NPI Project Manager.
• Drive cross‑functional execution from concept development through mass production (MP), ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the required quality standards.
• Lead full product development lifecycle for Hardware NPI projects, including concept phase, EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production (MP).
• Manage end-to-end project execution covering Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Firmware/Software integration, Reliability, and regulatory qualification, Packaging development, and manufacturing readiness.
