Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects and supporting the integration of acquired organizations into the enterprise PMO framework. This role will assess and learn the project delivery processes, tools, governance models, financial controls, reporting cadence, and stakeholder workflows of both the acquired organization and CCS. The Senior Project Manager will help identify gaps, harmonize processes, embed acquired teams into standard PMO practices, and ensure integration efforts are executed with discipline, transparency, and minimal disruption to client delivery.
