Are you an experienced HVAC Project Leader with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams?
We are seeking a HVAC Senior Project Manager Lead to oversee a portfolio of major HVAC projects within the Marine & Offshore sector while leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers. This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for project performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of HVAC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover
- Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers
- Drive project performance, cost control, risk management, and profitability
- Lead contractual negotiations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, shipyards, and key stakeholders
- Oversee procurement strategies and supplier management
