Qualifications
- Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works.
- Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
- Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
- Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
- Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
- Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management, 2 years in data center.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
