Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, customer-facing product development and manufacturing launch programs.
This role owns end-to-end project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional, matrixed teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial functions, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and business objectives.
This role serves as a key interface with executive leadership, plant teams, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects or programs from kickoff through launch and closure
Own project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and overall delivery performance
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and key project artifacts (RAID logs, action plans, status reports)
