 Post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Project Management certification or designation (, P R I N C E , PgMP, PMP, etc.) preferred.
  Experience:  
 Proven experience with large-scale Workforce Management System rollouts.

 Municipal government experience is preferred.

 More than ten () years on IT projects; and

 More than five () years as a Senior Project Manager.
