About This Role The Senior Property Accountant plays a key role in managing the full‑cycle accounting process for a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on residential assets. This position is responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and meaningful analysis to support strategic decision‑making. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to junior team members and will partner closely with Operations and Asset Management, to contribute to the overall financial performance and operational success of TRM’s property portfolio.
