Senior Property and Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property & Development Manager to join our Property & Strategic Assets team.

This team is central to how WMCA manages its property portfolio ensuring our assets are sustainable, high‑performing, and aligned with our strategic priorities. Through effective asset management, we support regeneration, deliver place‑based outcomes, and maximise value for money across the region.

About the role

As Senior Property & Development Manager, you will lead the management and optimisation of a diverse portfolio of land and property assets.

You’ll deliver a broad range of property transactions and development activity, including acquisitions, disposals, and lettings. Alongside this, you’ll oversee asset performance, ensure compliance with statutory and landlord responsibilities, and contribute to achieving WMCA's strategic and financial objectives.
